To highlight the vast skill and creativity of the local San Jose community and support small businesses and non-profits all around, those interested to sell their products or craft may apply as a vendor.
Prices are determined based on the category of which the vendor and chosen booth specified in the submitted application. For more information on rules, etiquette, code of conduct, please visit our Vendor Info Sheet.

VENDOR DISCOUNTS
Discounted rates are available for nonprofit community-based organizations and partners upon request if activities or games are hosted at your booth.
Sponsors and sponsoring organizations for the LNY:SJ 2024 Festival are also offered discounts or waived fees for vendor booths. For more information on how to sponsor, visit the Sponsors page.
(OPTIONAL) The Vietnamese American Roundtable will also be hosting Know Your Labor Rights Workshops in January and February focused on small businesses and will provide a discount for vendor fees upon registration and attendance for the optional workshop. These prices are applicable until after the workshop and the difference will be refunded after proof of attendence.
